Essential information for your employees about HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
Where can I find employment contracts and handbook?
Both documents are provided during onboarding. Contact HR directly for replacements.
Annual leave and sick leave entitlements?
Annual leave includes 2 extra days beyond minimum requirements. Sick leave increases with service length. Details in contract and handbook.
Performance appraisals and salary increments?
Annual reviews determine increments based on performance, company results, and market benchmarks. Manager communicates results after review.
Overtime pay policy?
Governed by Employment Act 1955. Eligible for 1.5x rate after 45 hours/week. Higher rates for rest days and holidays. Varies by role.
Reporting workplace issues?
Zero tolerance for harassment/discrimination. Report to manager or HR immediately. All reports handled confidentially with thorough investigation.
Medical expense claims?
Submit through HR system with receipts and MC. Processed according to company policy and benefit plan.
Maternity and paternity leave?
98 days paid maternity leave for females, 7 consecutive days paternity for males. Notify employer early with documentation. HR guides through process.
Flexible work arrangements?
Balances employee well-being with business needs. Submit formal application to manager per Employment Act amendments.
EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions?
Mandatory deductions for retirement savings, accident/invalidity protection, and job loss assistance. Rates determined by government organizations.
Dress code policy?
Casual policy allowing t-shirts, jeans, sneakers, sandals. Prohibits offensive images, slogans, or revealing clothing.

Will direct to human support team. Can also help connect with live agents for complex issues requiring personal assistance.
Support team availability?
Available 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday (Malaysian time), excluding public holidays. Respond within office hours.
Conversation security and privacy?
Uses secure encryption protecting all conversations. Data kept confidential and used only to improve chatbot performance.

Chatbot widget not appearing?
Most common cause is embed code issue. Double-check script tag copied correctly and YOUR_EMBED_TOKEN_HERE replaced with actual token. Contact support at hello@therelah.com if issue persists.
